The MikroTik SXT LTE7 kit is an outdoor CPE device equipped with the R11e-LTE7 modem supporting LTE bands in the 1500 MHz (32) and 700 MHz ranges. It is intended for providing stable internet connectivity in areas with weak cellular coverage, such as rural regions or agricultural facilities. The SXT LTE7 kit is the successor to the SXT LTE6 kit and operates in LTE Category 7. For indoor applications such as homes and offices, MikroTik offers the Chateau LTE7, which also supports LTE Category 7.

The device integrates a QCA9531 processor clocked at 650 MHz and 64 MB of RAM. It includes the R11e-LTE7 modem capable of reaching up to 300 Mb/s download and 100 Mb/s upload. The unit supports LTE FDD and TDD bands, including B28 and B32, and features two directional antennas, two Ethernet ports and PoE input within the 12–57 V range.

The SXT LTE7 provides two Fast Ethernet ports, with PoE-in available on Ether1 and PoE-out on Ether2, allowing the device to power other equipment or be powered through the same interface. The kit includes a 24 V 1.2 A power supply, but the device supports a wide voltage range of 12–57 V and is compatible with the 802.3af/at standard. Included accessories are: a Gigabit PoE injector, metal mounting clamp, and pole/mast mounting bracket.

MikroTik LTE CAT7 devices support 2×2 MIMO downlink technology and multi-band operation, allowing the modem to use more than one LTE band simultaneously. This improves efficiency in congested environments and provides higher throughput when the signal is weaker.
