Professional Services fully respects consumer rights and complies with the legislation on distance selling (Law 2251/1994). Below are the detailed terms and conditions for product returns and exchanges.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Exchange or Return)
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been installed, assembled, or used.

Products that were custom-made or modified upon order.
2. Defective Products / Products with Malfunction
If you receive a defective product or a product that malfunctions during initial use, you are entitled to return or replace it in accordance with the applicable warranty.
In such cases:

The product is sent for technical inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will be replaced or repaired at no cost.

If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, and a handling fee may apply.
Products NOT considered defective:
To avoid misunderstandings, the following are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by warranty or replacement rights:

Improper use by the customer.

Incorrect connection or installation of the product (without technical guidance or in violation of the user manual).

Overloading, falls, impacts, moisture, or exposure to extreme temperatures.

Use of incompatible accessories or non-approved cables/batteries.
-
Normal wear and tear.
-
Batteries, fans, filters, LED indicators, and other consumables subject to wear over time.

Operational characteristics that are not defects:

Minor voltage or temperature variations within manufacturer specifications.
-
Operational noise (e.g., from fans) deemed normal for the product type.
-
Malfunctions caused by unstable electricity supply at the installation site, not attributable to the product itself.

Loss of data or settings:
-
The company is not liable for loss of configurations, records, or other data, unless explicitly stated in the purchase/installation agreement.

Tampered or altered products:
-
If signs of tampering are evident (e.g., opening sealed components, modifications, replacement of parts).

If the serial number or warranty label is missing or destroyed.

Products previously inspected and found functional:
-
If the product is returned and found, after technical inspection, to operate within manufacturer specifications.

3. Products with Installation / Assembly
For products provided with installation, assembly, or configuration, returns are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
⚠️ Installation or assembly of a product constitutes its acceptance, and you waive your right of withdrawal.
Return of Installed or Assembled Products Due to Manufacturing Defect
For products that have been installed, assembled, or configured and have a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled, as appropriate, to:

Repair or replacement of the product, or
-
Price reduction if return or replacement is not feasible or is excessively costly.
The company reserves the right to conduct a technical inspection before making a decision. If the defect is not confirmed as a manufacturing issue, there is no obligation for compensation or price reduction.
4. Return Conditions:
To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:

The product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.

It must be intact, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The return must be made within 14 days (unless otherwise stated by the warranty).
5. Return Procedure:

The customer fills out the RMA return form available on our website.
-
The customer properly packages the product for protection during transport.

The customer delivers the parcel to our office (Nafpaktou 18, Melissia) at their own expense and by a method of their choice.

The product is inspected by the company’s technical department, and the customer is notified in writing as to whether the return is accepted. If the return is not accepted, written justification will be provided.
