At Professional Services we want you to be happy with our partnership and your purchases, thus we follow a flexible return policy, always in accordance with the current legislation and the conditions of the companies/manufacturers of our products.
You have the right to return the whole order or part of it, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
REQUIREMENTS
A. The product must have been purchased exclusively from Professional Services, either online or through our resellers.
B. The product must be returned with either the retail receipt or the invoice, i.e. the documents proving the transaction.
C. The product must be in EXCELLENT condition, COMPLETE and UNDAMAGED. Under no circumstances can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted.
If the product does not meet the conditions for an acceptable return or is not accompanied by the necessary documents, the return cannot be made.
WHEN CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT
In case you have received the wrong product or the wrong quantity or a defective product, you have the right to return with FREE (?) transport costs the products you purchased and request their replacement with proven fault of the Company that sent you a defective product or the wrong product or product in unsafe packaging resulting in damage during transport to the customer.
Other reasons (such as incorrect estimation of the dimensions of a product, etc.) you do not want the order and want to return it, you have the right of withdrawal within X calendar days of receiving it. In this case, the cost of shipping to return the order is borne by the customer and is equal to the cost of the original shipment. You do not have the right of withdrawal, in the event that the product has been manufactured exclusively for you, i.e. according to clearly personalized specifications, as specified by you upon your order
For products that require partial or total assembly (e.g. Racks), a thorough check of all components is recommended before starting assembly and keeping the outer packaging of the items intact (cartons, bags, etc.). The product cannot be accepted for return or exchange after any assembly process.
If you find a defective part of the product when unpacking the items (e.g. any bump, damage, etc.), please do not proceed with its assembly under any circumstances so that we can arrange to send a new part or replace the product .
Do not attempt to assemble the item if the relevant assembly instructions are not included in the package.
The product is NOT considered defective in the following cases:
1. Normal use: Products that have undergone wear and tear due to normal use are not considered defective. Normal wear and tear from usage is expected and is not covered by the returns policy.
2. Damage from misuse: Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or failure to follow usage and maintenance instructions are not considered defective. Damage caused by drops, impacts, exposure to liquids, or extreme temperatures is not covered by the warranty.
3. Special product characteristics: Some products may have special characteristics or unique features. Minor aesthetic variations that do not affect the functionality of the product are not considered defects. This includes slight variations in colour or other minor aesthetic differences that are not considered defects.
4. Changes due to prolonged use: Changes in performance or appearance of products due to prolonged use are not considered defects. This includes color fading, material loosening, or other changes that occur naturally over time.
5. Products without proof of purchase: Returning products without proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) cannot be accepted unless there is other evidence confirming the purchase from our e-shop.
6. Products out of warranty: Products returned outside the specified warranty period, as defined by the manufacturers, are not considered defective and are not accepted for return or replacement.
RETURN PROCESS
The return is accepted only after the approval of the Company. Any return is made only via ELTA courier. The return process is as follows:
Step 1. Fill out the RMA FORM from our Website.
Step 2. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipping.
Step 3. You deliver your package to our offices at your own expense and in a way that you choose.
Please note that:
- To return a defective product or due to an error in your order to complete the return of the item and as long as the conditions mentioned above are met, please contact us to clarify the details of the return.
- To return a defective product, it is necessary to send us a photo of the item at info@profser.gr, so that we have a better picture in our communication with you and to confirm with the manufacturing company the acceptance of the return.
Provided that it is found the product has a defect or a mistake in your order has occured, send the parcel via ELTA courier.
