General Terms
These Commercial Activities Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out the rules and conditions governing participation in commercial activities of PROFESSIONAL SERVICES NETWORKING AND POWER SOLUTIONS I.K.E. (the "Company"). Please read the Terms carefully before participating in any commercial activity. By participating, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Types of Commercial Activities
The Company’s commercial activities may include, but are not limited to:
A. Promotional activities (e.g., offers, discounts).
B. Issuance of Gift Cards.
C. Competitions and draws.
D. Customer reward and loyalty programs.

Gifts and Rewards
Gifts, rewards, or prizes offered in commercial activities are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery of gifts will be carried out according to the Company’s instructions. The Company is not responsible for any delays or losses during shipping.
Obligations of Participants
Participants in commercial activities are responsible for adhering to the laws and terms governing their participation. Any violation of the Terms may result in exclusion from the specific commercial activity or other legal actions.
Participants must also provide accurate and valid information when participating. Providing inaccurate or false information may lead to exclusion from the commercial activity.
Participation in the Company’s commercial activities is voluntary and requires acceptance of these Terms.
Reservation of Rights
Company Rights:
- The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in commercial activities or the use of gifts.
- These Terms apply to all of the Company’s commercial activities and replace any previous agreements or arrangements made between the parties regarding the same subject matter.
- Certain commercial activities may include additional terms and conditions that must be adhered to by participants. These additional terms will be specified by the Company and will be visible in the respective commercial activity.
- Some commercial activities may be available only to specific categories of customers, such as new customers or registered users.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any commercial activity at any time without notice if it deems necessary for management purposes or for legal reasons.
Participant Rights:
- Participation in commercial activities may require the collection and processing of personal data. The Company is committed to protecting its customers' privacy in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
- Personal data collected during participation in commercial activities is used exclusively for the purpose for which it is collected and is not disclosed to third parties without the user’s consent, unless required by law or by the provisions of the competent authorities.
- Participants have the right to request the deletion or modification of their personal data from the Company’s records, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
Applicable Law and Other Terms
These Terms are governed by Greek law and any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the competent courts of Greece.
Amendment of Commercial Activities Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be announced on the Company’s website and will take immediate effect.
